The room was not verry clean, the cover blanket was stained in different areas several of the lamps could not be turned on. The toilet was not secured to the floor. The toilet was stained all on the inside. The towels were all Grey looking and old.

Checked in and left for meeting, on return, found air not cooling, ice box not working and stunk when opened, floor filthy, hot water cut off at sink, turned valve open it leaked when turned on, cut back off. Stopper in sink did not work. Linen on bed stained holes in sheets, pillows stained and stunk. I loaded my stuff and checked out. Advised desk ckerk of problems response ill check it out.

The bathroom in room 101 had a very bad smell, and the toilet was severely clogged, as was the bathtub and sink. The sheets and towels were very stained. Luckily, it was only one night, but I left with a bedbug in my luggage. It's not a place I want to return to. And I feel sorry for the friendly front desk guy.

We booked a room for the night and did not stay in it. One bed was at a slant, scratches all over the floor, curtains had rips/cuts in them, there was a noodle on the window trim, stains on the bedding… could definitely use some TLC.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
If I could rate this place anything lower I would. It was very disgusting. To begin with the hotel clerk to the room. I choose this hotel due to being the closest after a wedding. And upon arrival the room was a mess. Beds had dirty sheets the room smelled nasty had a humid smell. And what really made me leave was the bed bugs. I asked for refund the hotel clerk was very rude.
