We do have rooms which are classed as noise rooms and these are not allocated near reception so i am surprised to hear that you were affected by noise - had you mentioned this to the team, we would have made every effort to move you somewhere more suitable. We do have Duty Managers onsite at all times so i would encourage you to let us know any issues at the time so that we can rectify these for you rather than you going away unhappy.

All the staff went the extra mile for my daughter's birthday. They upgraded our room so we had a spacious room for the two of us (mother and daughter) and a plate decorated with 'happy birthday' and truffles on it when we arrived.
She also had a beautiful 'happy birthday' treat for pudding that evening and also on the Saturday morning - the day of her actual birthday, so she felt very special.

地理位置绝佳，员工友善，房间很棒。
这次入住体验真是太失望了。我预订的房间跟实际入住的不一样。我预订的是带按摩浴缸的特大床套房，结果他们给我安排的是带按摩浴缸的豪华双人间。前台说他们没有这种房型，真是让我大跌眼镜。豪华双人间太不舒服了，急需换个新床垫。地板上有一大块红色污渍。房间里冷得要命，门缝里透风，电视信号不好，遥控器也用不了YouTube搜索。我本来想住这家酒店很久了，结果现在却让我大吃一惊。我太失望了。
非常失望
我的旅程非常令人失望。抵达后，很难找到停车位。我选择这家酒店是因为它是一家水疗酒店，但抵达后我被告知水疗中心在接下来的两天内将暂停服务，这真是令人失望。
我房间里的淋浴喷头漏水，洗手池的水龙头也漏水。我在房间的椅子上发现了一罐护发产品，电视放在桌子上，从床上只能看到一半的屏幕。
对于一家收费高昂的顶级酒店，我的期望值实在太高了。
住了两晚，房间里有蜘蛛网，而且很脏，不是我想象的那样。
第一次也是最后一次
鉴于酒店评价褒贬不一，我预订了一晚，希望它能达到我的预期。
但实际体验却并非如此。为了方便起见，我提前办理了入住，但对房间情况一无所知，不过我可以理解。
房间不太好，完全不是我想象中的样子。我要求一间安静的房间，但他们给了我一间靠近接待处的房间，这样就能听到清晨播放的音乐，以及其他客人经过的声音。油漆和墙壁开裂，散发着一股霉味，厕所也不干净，浴缸外墙也有裂缝。床睡起来很不舒服。早餐工作人员服务热情，但当我咨询晚餐事宜并前往接待处时，他们并没有满足我的期望。这完全不符合我对四星级酒店的期望。我不确定所有房间是否都翻新过，但基于这一点，我不会再来了。
