This is one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed at and when you're looking for relaxation and a peaceful night's sleep, that is important. The staff is kind and accommodating.

The room was relatively clean, some minor crack on floor tile and scratches on the bathroom door. The bed was a bit soft however, the pillows were nice. TV was very basic to channels selection.

Customer service at this location is HORRIBLE! I will not pay to treated badly. Needles to say I took my group to the Goliad location. It was a 25 mile drive to Refugibut worth it. You have options!!!!

No staff at front desk. Had to pick phone to call staff. Pool green not maintained correctly. We only stay one night but never saw any front desk agent but when use phone to call.
I plan on staying there next week. Room ok exect tub drain. Pool could not go for a swim.

They didnt offer a decent late check out time. Checck out was 11 late check out was 11:30. other that I didn't really have any complaints

Customer service was very rude at check in. They didn’t have elevators. Had to go up 2 flights stairs. Not good for seniors.

Only place I’d rather stay while in Refugio unless you have family there.

Didnt like that house cleaning was knocking at 10am when checkout is at 11.
我预订了一间带特大号床的房间，结果给了一间双人床的。办理入住的时候，前台的工作人员很难沟通，后来找人帮我翻译，他才说没有特大号床的房间了。早餐也很糟糕。下次不会再住了。
