It is a lovely hotel. Clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Food was delicious. Plenty of nice parking also. We would definitely stay here again and we would recommend this hotel.

Their breakfast was trash. No fresh made oatmeal nor any pancakes! No sugar free opt for breakfast. Their breakfast was loaded with carbs!

The staff was wonderful but we had to go to the front 4 times to have our keys reactivated. The last time the card holder went completely out (5th time). They had to move us room and when they did they moved us to a room without a coffee maker a bag on the ceiling covering the fire water emergency spout. The tile on the floor in bathroom had black mold and was falling. However, this got my son a free mac and cheese from their pantry. Just a little frustrated.

Although the property had recently been hit by a hail storm, the property was clean. Swimming pool was closed, that was drawback about our stay. The closure was not posted on the website.

This place/management have turned into a dump
Nothing was good. The service was garbage. The rooms were worse than the service. They were dirty. They had been smoked in. There were still ashes in there. There is hair all over the bathtub on the floor. The tile was coming off the side of the wall and that was just the first room when they switched us to the second room it was even worse. It’s like they didn’t never even cleaned it. The pool was not accessible because of a health storm that happened months ago, and they still have glass everywhere from shattered glass.
I used to put all my employees up in this hotel for years and I will never send another employee to that hotel until it either changes management or something drastic changes.

Waited for 15 minutes for the receptionist to show up to check in. Then I couldn’t even check in at the front desk, their system was down. No refund received afterwards. Horrible experience

A plus for this property. The only downside was that the pool was not available, likely due the massive hail storm that blew through not long before our trip that also damaged the windows in the pool area.
