The ac heater unit was dirty on top. Looked like someone sprinkled dirt on it. Lamp shade and chair had stains on it. The pool and gym were closed for unknown reasons. The bed was super comfy and the staff were very friendly!

Compared to other Holiday Inn Express I've stayed in, this was pretty dated. The building was a bit run down. The ground floor had some broken windows. My room was a bit run down. There were paint stains on the carpet. The shower head was loose and wouldn't stay in the position I wanted it to.
But the bed was very comfortable. The HVAC worked great. And the staff was very nice. The woman at the front desk was so very kind and friendly. Also the cleaning woman on my floor was also very friendly. I would stay here again. But the building definitely needs some cosmetic work

The entire hotel was a mess. Career was stained and rippled: the walls were filthy, chopped and worn. The lock on our room had very obviously been prayed open at some point (prior to our stay) the metal was severely dented and wood busted off the door itself, allowing a noticeable view directly from the hallway into the room. It Only one light worked in the poorly bathroom.

I think that the price of a room for a night is too high. No discount for a senior or a Veteran.
Also, the large chair in the corner needs a new seat cushion, its rather flat. I wished that the desk chair had had a seat cushion, as well.
And, no substitute for the Dove soap products for someone who is allergy to that product. I had to go out and buy some different soap and shampoo/conditioner and I wasn't able to bring the shampoo and conditioners home with me. Too much weight in the suitcase.

It is a lovely hotel. Clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Food was delicious. Plenty of nice parking also. We would definitely stay here again and we would recommend this hotel.
