Stayed this past weekend for the renn faire. Property was close to many restaurants and front desk staff was very nice . The rooms definitely need some maintenance.. looks to be water damage in the bathrooms with mold and water stains noted to the ceilings and some water stains above bed area as well. Also there was no way to get fresh water while at the hotel , unless you paid for bottle water. Most hotels I have stayed at recently usually have a canister you are able to get purified water out of or have a dispenser . Overall I would stay again.

Definitely disappointed

First, we arrived at the hotel and there was a big sign. By the pool that said caution pool closed. Specifically chosis hotel for the indoor pool. On check in.I requested a late checkout time; 1230 pm. The front desk clerk said no problem. At 8am there was one knock on the door followed by housekeeping, walking into the room while we were laying in bed sleeping. The third issue I had involved the towels in the bathroom. Took a great shower. Plenty of hot waterThe rain shower head was nice, the products that were available were. fantastic. No bath mat in the bathroom. I stepped out of the shower onto a hand towel and grabbed a folded towel off the rack. I opened it to start drying off and it was filthy. It looked like somebody had been working on a car and wipe their hands off on the bath towel. That made me immediately question how clean the rest of the towels were the sanitation of the room, and if the bed linen was clean. Also, sockets eere not working and no blankets were provided in the closet. Satellite tv was terrible, and the vhannels did not match the card provided in the room. The remote worked half the time. You would think smart TVs would be available so you could log into your own movie accounts. I have stayed at this hotel previously without any complaints. Definitely disappointed with this stay. Management offered to put points on my IHG account, but did not offer an adjustment in price. I still haven't received my $50 incidental deposit back either.

We came back to find that our room had not been cleaned. The clerk told us that all 5 of the cleaning crew had quit. They did not know whether there would be cleaning anytime during our 5 day stay. We checked out.

good convenient to everything, stayed in room that had easy accessible shower {not requested} the water flowed from shower throw bathroom into entry way of room leaving everthing feeling wet.
