Staff was very pleasant and informative. I've stayed here multiple times simply because they always go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience.

The room smelled like mildew, there was hair in the bed and the bathroom. There were signs of wear everywhere. Shower, chairs at breakfast, doors peeling, cracks in the ceiling, window screens torn, etc.
We paid over $200 for a night since we needed 3 beds and it was not worth that at all.
I would not stay here again.

Try it for yourself, totally makes your stay/trip
About 5-10 minute drive to the shopping centers, mall, restaurants. Staff was beyond amazing & helpful, room was clean, comfortable. I don’t leave many reviews but this place was so nice and reasonably priced we are definitely staying there again!! Oh! And the hot tub worked and was nice and clean next to the big indoor pool that was inside so while it was 55 degrees outside we were totally loving it, I he room had ambient lighting and an ihome machine that played soothing sounds so I was able to get the best nap in, in the middle of the day, absolutely not one complaint! Breakfast had a large variety, all you can eat buffet style, they give you bags to take breakfast up to your room or on the go if you need to, no waffle maker but a neat pancake maker that makes pretty decent pancakes! And the best cinnamon rolls! Everything felt new, updated & “smart” even the coffee maker

我和孩子们住在这里，体验糟透了。他们把我们安排在二楼212房间，窗户和二楼的棚子里全是鸽子，我们根本睡不着觉。千万别住这个房间，否则你肯定睡不着。
至少床还算可以。
虽然标榜无烟，但整个二楼都弥漫着浓重的烟味。我洗澡的时候浴帘杆掉了下来，微波炉也缺了个零件，转不动。插座旁边的USB接口位置不对，根本用不了。
水槽排水不畅，门和门框之间有 1/2 英寸的缝隙，走廊里的所有噪音（人们说话、开门关门的声音）都会传进来，墙上的恒温器无法控制空调（空调机上有单独的控制器）。
