The woman at check in was absolutely wonderful! The room was not. The mattress was horrible. The sheets were stained. The bathroom door lock had been changed but not finished. The shower curtain was moldy. The shower was moldy. Just not good.

The hotel is in a convenient location although a bit run down. Additionally, I specifically requested twice prior to arrival to not have a room on the ground floor that would also be quiet and was put instead on arrival, in a ground floor room with a view of the car park. Needless to say, it was very noisy due to the cars and proximity to the main road. The reception staff told me the hotel was fully booked and did not apologize for the mishap, ensuring me the room would be quiet, which is it was most definitely not.

很棒的酒店，员工很有礼貌也很友好，停车位充足，位置极佳，就在市中心。唯一的缺点是浴室墙壁上有污渍，如果再细心一点，这些污渍很容易就能清除掉，而且冷水水龙头几乎不出水。可惜我们入住期间没有真正的啤酒（real ale）提供，所以没能享受到这项设施。
早上办理入住时，前台接待员很友善，但酒店出了些问题，我们不得不推迟入住。我当时预订了两间双人房，但他们没有处理好。下午四点多，我们终于入住时，另一位接待员给我们安排了两间双人房，但她对周边区域不熟悉，也不知道晚餐是点餐还是自助，因为她不负责那个部门！态度很差劲，酒店服务业显然不适合她。早餐写着八点开始，但热食直到八点半才摆出来，结果我们因此误了火车，搞得很匆忙。早餐按时供应真的很重要。工作人员虽然道了歉，但这已经不是第一次发生了。酒店位置非常好，总的来说住得还算愉快。我还会再来的。
价格太低了
非常贵——住的是一间非常简陋的房间——两张沙发床拼在一起，没有固定，中间是空的，房间里没有水！没有冰箱。一块过期的饼干，马桶冲水不畅，而且一直在漏水。洗手液是空的。考虑到价格，我期望房间设施基本齐全。
舒适。不太友好。我们要求换房间，因为我们的房间有潮湿的味道，他们同意了。地理位置优越，位于市中心。
房间还可以，但是走廊的地毯需要清洁。
