Wifi did not work, air conditioning unit leaked, coffee pot did not work and was filthy. One bedsheet had a cigarette burn in it.

Upon arrival we were told they would not honor the military discount they advertise because we reserved the room from another website. We were informed multiple times there would be a fine for smoking, I'm a non-smoker, but you are immediately choked with cigarette smoke as soon as you enter the building. The shower was disgusting with hair from another previous guest all over the bathroom. The spicket for the shower was about to come out of the wall, it was a battle to get the shower to even turn on. Add to this that the drain issue for the shower that it fills up before you can wash the shampoo out of your hair. The free breakfast was hard boiled eggs and waffles that you make yourself on a dirty waffle iron setup. Would never recommend for anyone

I would not recommend anybody stay there the bathroom was so dirty you didn't even want to get into the shower there was a bag over top of the smoke detector there was dirty Linens the remote control did not work we requested first floor they gave us third floor extremely displaced I wasn't expecting the Hilton but I also wasn't expecting it to be no better than sleeping in a tent

The Staff was great, HVAC worked okay, WiFi was out for several hours one day. While the building we stayed in was single story which made it accessible, it is in serious need of remodel/freshening. We have stayed here about 6 times, half of the times we were in another building which had been remodeled and was nicer. Would suggest they remodel the building that has the 400-series rooms.

The room stinks very bad. The sheets and towel are old and looks dirty. The door has gaps that any bug can get in the room.

Needs some attention
Room was clean, but bathroom light was out and tv remote didn't work. Hotel was in multiple buildings, which was confusing and doors were propped open all night.
