Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty with a large variety of choices. Overall experience was excellent.

The staff are friendly and the room was clean, but the room was in terrible condition. There was an enormous rip in one of the sheer curtains, the remote had some kind of stickers stuck to the back of it, and the furniture was badly damaged. Also, when I arrived to check in quite late at night there was no one at the front desk. I checked in the back, tried calling out, and calling the hotel phone number, but no luck. I had confirmed before my flight that they had 24 hour front desk service. I waited so long that I was starting to worry the front desk person had been injured or fallen ill somewhere and was looking up the number for other nearby hotels in the same chain that I could reach out to for help, when the desk attendant came wandering up and said there was an issue with a hair dryer in one of the rooms that they had been dealing with. Very frustrating.

Shower has no flow, get new shower heads.
Went to grab hot water, and there was coffee grind in it. Wifi ******. It was super slow to the point where you couldn’t send an email. Hotel is very old and not cared after.

The hotel is dated and there is an awful in the elevators and hallway.
It needs serious deep cleaning.

The lady at the front desk was rude and wouldn't do me a favour and let me charge my phone. I couldn't do it in my room because there were no outlets that took my charger.

Our front desk agents would have gladly plugged in your device if you provided a charging cable and square. The front desk area of the hotel is not equipped with USB charging ports. Each room is equipped with multiple electrical outlets.

Disappointing at best
The bed looked like it had been slept in and just straightened up. The dumpsters outside were overflowing with garbage as well around all the doors. The hotels pool was not working and the AC in the room did not work!
