Disappointed frequent Hampton Inn customer
The hotel is dated and there is an awful in the elevators and hallway.
It needs serious deep cleaning.

The lady at the front desk was rude and wouldn't do me a favour and let me charge my phone. I couldn't do it in my room because there were no outlets that took my charger.

酒店回复: Our apologies for your less than satisfactory stay. The front desk agent attempted to plug in your mobile device with their personal charging cord, but something was preventing the connection. Our front desk agents would have gladly plugged in your device if you provided a charging cable and square. The front desk area of the hotel is not equipped with USB charging ports. Each room is equipped with multiple electrical outlets.

Disappointing at best
The bed looked like it had been slept in and just straightened up. The dumpsters outside were overflowing with garbage as well around all the doors. The hotels pool was not working and the AC in the room did not work!

Would not recommend. Ratings do not reflect condition of this hotel. Very unclean rooms, had to ask for room amenities, garbages were emptied but that was it.

Not great at all
Poor breakfast - not too many choices, plastic eggs, beans and fake sausage. That's the whole hot breakfast. Lots of smokers outside, dirty carpets throughout the hotel, disgusting small smell everywhere. Some weird living arrangements for people in the hotel...
Great staff though.
Most of the hotels post covid have been lackluster, but the tops it. Don't be fooled by Hilton label. Pay extra $10 to stay at Wingate right next to this.

Overall very good. Staff were excellent. Room was very clean. Some smoke/garbage/food smells in elevator. Elevator felt like needed a carpet clean. Garbage bin in car park was over spilling

Had higher expectations for a Hampton…however, this one is below average…breakfast is not good either and closes at 9 am…
