Room was queit and clean. There was water leaking from the refrigerator, so we ended up having to put a towel around it and turned it off. The A/C could have been cooler.

This was a perfect rule and stay at a very affordable price for an overnight business trip in the energy section of Houston. Room was very clean, bed, comfortable, and safe parking. A nice restaurant right next-door to walk to in decent breakfast in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful

The room was pretty decent. The elevator was broken but also looked like it needed a great fix in general. The hotel is decent for what it is but not spectacular per se.
