Our stay at the Hampton Inn in Wilkesboro , North Carolina was fantastic. The staff was great, very kind and helpful throughout our two day stay with them. They were very helpful with any needs that we had where my special needs daughter was concerned. After checking out, I had accidentally left the foam wedge that my daughter sleeps on when we travel in the room. Once it was discovered, the person at the front desk immediately called so that I was still within 3-4 miles away. I was able to turn around and go back and pick it up. We will make sure to always stay with them when we are in the area visiting.

Great! The only negative for me is that there was a layer of dust on the refillable lotion. They should not have overlooked that!

Breakfast was good. The room was great. We got the king bed Apple valley festival suit.
我预定的时候，看到网上说是有早餐，实际上订好付费以后又显示没有早餐。我到酒店以后，虽然在网上付费过了， 依然需要付押金50美元（这个另收押金不同于美国当地习惯）。在办理入住的时候，再次询问前台是否有早餐，工作人员很肯定的说：没有早餐。回国以后查询订单，显示有早餐。无语。。。。。。。另外，什么时候退还押金？
