The facility was very ice, updated and clean. The breakfast and breakfast staff was excellent. The food and choices great. Jay and Vanessa, the reception assistants, were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to quickly answer any of my questions.

Clean, quiet room, friendly staff, and convenient standard Hampton Inn breakfast in the morning. Location is near many amenities and downtown Montgomery. I would stay here again.

The staff was very professional. I was greeted the moment I entered the lobby. I arrived in town earlier than expected and asked if they could accommodate an early check-in. Even though they were fully booked, I still managed to get an early room. The room and hotel were clean. The breakfast was excellent and well presented. Every staff member I interacted with throughout the property was very friendly. A special thanks to Valerie, the front desk manager, for her assistance during my stay.

I have no complaints about this stay. The staff was very flexible and went above and beyond to accommodate an unusual request to solve a problem I faced while there. They helped me find a resolution instead of just saying NO. I really appreciated the extra care and service provided.
