虽然是五星级酒店，但是设施和服务仅仅等于4星甚至3星水平。虽然酒店价格也低于通常的五星级酒店，但是总体不推荐。
国外的5星也就相当于中国的3-4星水平，早餐很差吃了几天后来只能每天吃水果。服务人员态度一般，泳池水简直就是冰的根本没法游泳。很差，不推荐👎
房间大，有个室外泳池，服务态度中等
酒店房间较大，卫生整洁
卫生：房间浴室地漏堵塞，排水不及时，洁具非常脏，很多水渍，不锈钢生锈点面积大。
设施：健身房设施很好，泳池完美，但是给旅行人士特别是亚洲人充电转换插都没法提供。作为星级酒店不应该。
位置很好。

餐厅的食物很普通，不值五星级酒店的水平。房间宽敞干净。有土耳其浴室和桑拿。
