We’ve stayed at this location many times over the last couple of years and have been overall satisfied. The breakfast could offer some variety given every day is the same eggs, biscuits, gravy, waffle offerings, maybe bacon every once in a while would be good. Internet went down the first night, and no one answered my call to the front desk around 10 PM, but everything else was adequate.

Staff was excellent. Reception was quick, easy and polite. Room was clean and housekeeping staff were nice and efficient. Breakfast was fine and coffee was available 24 hours.
I would definitely stay here again.

Incredible staff with Lisa, Rhonda and Sarah at the front desk who were always extra helpful. Stayed for parents weekend and the drive in to Clemson wasn’t bad at all. Hotel is clean and I felt safe and breakfast was nice boys. Pillows and beds were very comfortable. Huddle House is next door & other convenient shopping nearby. I’ll stay again.

The staff were great in answering questions. Room was clean. Appreciated having the microwave and refrigerator in the room.
There were enough towels for every member of our party.
The free breakfast was excellent. Loved the variety.
It may have been in small print in the reservation, but was surprised there was a $200 deposit for damage/ or smoking in the room. Luckily, I had money for that. It will be refunded in 3 - 20 days after our stay, but . . .

酒店回复: We’re disappointed by this review, as it misrepresents the situation and the service we provided.The guest had two separate reservations made through a third-party site. The second reservation included two rooms under different names, which was not communicated to our front desk at check-in. Despite being sold out, we held the second room all night in case of a late check-in, and as a courtesy, we even adjusted a room type to allow the guest to remain in the same room.At no point was I rude. Our team remained courteous and professional, even when met with increasingly disrespectful communication.The confusion resulted from a lack of clear communication and limitations with third-party bookings. We take pride in our service and stand by how this was handled.
