Everything was great. The bed was comfy, and everything was super nice. The only thing I did not care for was the smell. It was probably the carpet

I appreciate the fact that this is a family owned operation who take great pride in running a clean, affordable hotel for a few generations. These are people I like to support. Clean, spacious rooms and a kind smile at the front desk. Easily walkable to Main St shops & restaurants. Convenient location after a day in Badlands.

This place was a welcome oasis is the middle of South Dakota. Cleaner and more up-to-date than expected. Good breakfast overseen by polite, helpful staff. It's an older building, but with modernized AC units, showers, furniture, etc.

The pump or something for the hot tub was making ver loud grinding noise off and on. Other than that the stay was great. Best continental breakfast and breakfast staff we have had.

I'm always iffy about staying at hotels with exterior doors, but this one was clean, safe, and filled with families. Nice pool. Great breakfast.

Lovely property and very friendly staff. The toilet and vanity area are very low to the ground. Taller toilets would be a nice upgrade. Very convenient to Badlands.

My flight landed at Rapid City around 9:10pm and got a voicemail from hotel front desk that they will be closed at 11pm. Luckily, we were able to pick up luggage and car rental on time and made it to Wall by 10:45pm. We didn't know that front desk would be closed by 11pm and was very anxious
