Main elevator was out of service. Continental breakfast was minimal & underwhelming. Comforter on bed was dirty. Room was frigid and couldn't use heater since it smelled like something burning and we couldn't ventilate the room because the windows didn't open. Sauna was out of service. Lobby, room, and pool area were otherwise clean.

We stayed here after getting off the ferry. It was fine and probably the best option for walking around the area. They are very clear about not offering breakfast so I knew we’d need to go out if we wanted to eat. I’d stay here again if I wanted to visit the area. The area just doesn’t have much to offer except the museum.

I was really happy with this hotel! The bed and pillows were really comfortable - lots of full size pillows lol! Nice waterfront location on the marina, walking paths & a couple restaurants within a few minutes. Since it was summer I went to the beautiful local beaches & did not use the pool or hot tub. I did skip the continental breakfast & opted for the brunch place one block away. Parking was great. They could clean up the exterior doorways as there are a lot of spiderwebs on the outside in the summer - like lots! Overall, really enjoyed my stay!

It was clean and convenient. The kids enjoyed the pool.
The only thing I thought was odd is the towels and bedding all felt damp to me. The room wasn’t humid. There wasn’t a damp musty smell… I can’t explain it, maybe it’s just the way the fabric feels. It wouldn’t keep me from staying again.

Nice place
Great location. Could walk to a lot of places, including the lighthouse. The breakfast was pretty basic. It included yogurt, bagels, granola bars and cereal. The bed was super comfy. I have issues sleeping at most hotels but not this one. Would definitely stay again.

Not impressed for $460 for 2 nights. Breakfast at Super 8 is more impressive than the free breakfast, pretty skimpy. No clean towels for the second morning. Had to go to the front desk to get them. Only 1 pod of caffeine free and 1 pod of regular coffee. Do they think my wife and I were going to share a cup of coffee? Had to go to the front desk for additional pods. No pods for the second morning. Room was not cleaned for the second evening. Not impressed. Probably won't stay again for the price.

Jory was awesome get checked a nice girl. Everything was fantastic. Very helpful and doing the wine bar was fun. That is just down the street. Great location will be back.

A lovely place to stay in the summer
The staff was very helpful, the pool was lovely, and the beds were quite comfortable.
The room's heating system filled the space with smoke and a burning smell. It would be good to make upgrading this system a top priority.

Over booked rooms with lake view and so what i got for the price was the veiw of the roof from my balcony and kids running up and down the halls
