The pool was EXCRUCIATINGLY COLD!! No wonder there were no swimmers. Hot tub was nice. Room was excellent. Convenient location. Breakfast was different each and everyday. Nice touch!

One of our reasons in choosing this motel was the pool for exercise. That pool was so blasted cold that NO ONE used it the entire week we were there!! I tried once but couldn’t go in past my waist. What a disappointment.

This is the 2nd time I stayed at this property this year. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The property itself is clean and well maintained. The pool area is nice. The breakfast options are great. The location, in town, is convenient to gas stations, right off the main road, and is walking distance to the Duck Inn restaurant and a quick drive to other eating establishments. Whe I am in the area next year I plan to stay here again. It is nice to return to a dependable establishment.

Room was adequately clean, bed time we found hairs and a bug in the sheets. Switched rooms. No soap, towels had large dark stains. Overall uncomfortable.

我们开车开了一下午到晚上，终于迟到了房间休息。早上8点，客房服务人员敲门告诉我们，我们要待到10:45，以便充分利用退房前的时间，好好打扮一番，因为前一天开了好久的车。从早上8点到我们离开，客房服务人员敲了6次门，催促我们，他既不尊重也不礼貌，还说“这是我最后一个要打扫的房间，所以你们赶紧离开”，而退房时间是上午11点。我们感觉很匆忙，没有受到尊重，这给我们美好的一天带来了很大的不便。可能是因为我是美国原住民吧。我再也不会住这里了！
