A very clean property. If stairs are a challenge make sure to request a main level room as there isnt an elevator. They have a pool, with nice lounging area, all this too was very clean.

If I had known there was no elevator I would not have stayed here. My pup is blind and has arthritis so stairs are not his friend. They put us at the farthest upstairs room! Neighborhood seems sketchy. Room temp can't be adjusted for comfort. Glad I was only staying one night! Won't be back!

First person we talked to on the phone to ask about our stay was extremely incompetent, however, once we arrived, we had zero issues. This was a nice hotel and good location

This hotel was family friendly, good pool & hot tub & breakfast! Great easy location to freeway & 7 min drive to csu campus and old town. And 3 min drive to shopping & quick food.
Great place to stay for the price. Big rooms, good AC, and lovely family run hotel! Will be back

Easy hotel to find
We liked the hotel, doesn't have an elevator to get up to the 2nd floor rooms but other than that it was comfortable, clean and quiet.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice and both times have exceeded my expectations. The hotel is clean, bed comfy and the breakfast is solid. The staff is super friendly. The hotel isn’t in a very walkable area but it’s conveniently close to both Old Town and the CSU campus. Compared to nearby hotels it’s a steal.
