I certainly understand your concerns, usually if it is weather related the agency can communicate with hotel, and a lot of times the fees can be weaved. This all depends on case by case though. 酒店没有问题……但是当我们因为天气原因航班变更而不得不取消住宿时，益博睿却不给我们任何抵扣、补贴或退款。
以后要不要继续使用益博睿，得好好考虑一下了。

房间里弥漫着旧运动袜的味道。我们能洗个热水澡，但水温不高。早餐很糟糕。非常令人失望
我预订的时候，酒店方面没有提到电梯停运超过一周。我老母亲膝盖不好，走路都费劲，爬楼梯更是费劲。我既没能退款，也没能享受折扣，甚至连一楼的房间都没拿到。我唯一得到的帮助就是可以把车停在楼边，因为楼梯就在楼内。我独自一人跑了好几趟，还帮我妈妈和小孩。可惜的是，我们只跑了一次就完了。
电梯无法运行，我不得不带着我和我儿子的行李走上三层楼梯。
