I certainly understand your concerns, usually if it is weather related the agency can communicate with hotel, and a lot of times the fees can be weaved. This all depends on case by case though. Receptionist was very nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the staff at the breakfast area kept the food stocked and the counters clean. No complaints, just probably would have liked the toiletries to be fully refilled before we occupied the room from the last guest.

The pool was clean and beautiful and the food was great. The room was very clean and nice!
酒店没有问题……但是当我们因为天气原因航班变更而不得不取消住宿时，益博睿却不给我们任何抵扣、补贴或退款。
以后要不要继续使用益博睿，得好好考虑一下了。

我预订的时候，酒店方面没有提到电梯停运超过一周。我老母亲膝盖不好，走路都费劲，爬楼梯更是费劲。我既没能退款，也没能享受折扣，甚至连一楼的房间都没拿到。我唯一得到的帮助就是可以把车停在楼边，因为楼梯就在楼内。我独自一人跑了好几趟，还帮我妈妈和小孩。可惜的是，我们只跑了一次就完了。
电梯无法运行，我不得不带着我和我儿子的行李走上三层楼梯。
