They place was clean and beautiful decorated for the Holiday. The service was great but someone interrupt me and the check in person. Took about 10 extra minute's to get my room. But overall I would stay here again. The price was not to bad for 4 people.

I got to the hotel and received an emergency notice from a family member so I could not stay at the hotel and had to drive all the way to Virginia. They still charged me for the room. This is unacceptable.

酒店回复: Good afternoon, Upon hearing of your situation and receiving your phone call, Further looking into your reservation the hotel did not collect payment for the stay so no refund was needed from the hotels part. We at the hotel have taken all steps to cancel the reservation with no cost to you. Thank you Josh

为我们办理入住的工作人员非常友好亲切。我预订了两间房，一间有两张双人床，另一间有一张特大床。那间有两张双人床的房间还不错。另一间没有我预订的特大床。我想她是为了让我们更接近第二间房，所以预订了她能预订的房间。如果她能先问问我们是否满意，如果不能满足我们的预订，在价格上做出一些让步之类的，会是更好的客户体验。我不明白我付了多少钱。除此之外，一切都很好。
这家酒店收取了一笔临时保留费，这笔费用本应在我退房时自动扣除，但却没有。如果他们不取消这笔费用，我就会以欺诈罪起诉他们。我再也不会住这家酒店了。我经常出差，这家酒店刚刚让我丢掉了生意。
酒店非常漂亮干净。工作人员非常乐于助人，也很友好。唯一的不足是浴室需要更多空间放置洗漱用品。
我们的房间床与床之间有一盏灯，但没有插座，所以没法插电。另外，小厨房区域也装修过，没有刷漆，所以看起来很糟糕。上次住得好多了。但是，一盏灯竟然没有插电的地方？？？？？？
酒店依山而建。景色优美。入住四楼，大部分客房位于主楼层以下。不提供早餐。酒店正在装修。走廊里有建筑材料。装修完成后，酒店会更加美观。
工作人员友善热情。环境干净。
