The staff was kind, friendly and helpful. My room and the property were clean. There are lots of restaurants to eat at near by. If you like wings? Avoid Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was really slow and the wing were ehh. Instead go to Chandlers (it's .6 miles from the hotel) their wings are fantastic!!!!!!!!! The service and atmosphere is Awesome as well!!!!

Nice hotel

Short stay. Everything was great. Clean hotel, clean bed and good breakfast. They did have a pool and a small exercise room but did not have a chance to use either one. Would definitely stay at again.

I drove from Michigan to attend the Cincinnati Music Festival. I attended it in 2023 for the first time and i stayed at your property. This is my second time staying here. I was happy with everything / everyone this time just like the first time. When i come back next year I’ll be staying at your property again 😇. Thank you 😇

Disappointed

We have stayed at this hotel several times and always felt the service was good. This time housekeeping was not completed everyday as requested. we ran out of shower body soap, nearly out of toilet paper, our bed was never made and new towels not hung up when housekeeping was completed. The lobby and breakfast areas were freezing. The breakfast buffet ran out of items and they were not replaced, tables were left dirty and styrofoam was used for plates. It seemed they had new staff in the breakfast area who were doing a less than satisfactory job. We found out on our third day that we were entitled to a free bottled water daily without charge. The tap water tasted terrible so that would have been nice to know when we arrived.

Unfortunately there was a group of kids from a baseball team running up and down our hallway until late at night.

Otherwise the facility was nice, very close to everything.
