My only complaint is finding hairs in the bathroom. There were hairs on the floor on the toilet and the tub. Also a few of (clean) the towels had stains on them. When we asked for new towels we were told they didn't have any clean ones I'd have to wait for them. Mind you I had a graduation to attend so waiting was not an option. Besides that the staff were super friendly and breakfast was descent. There was a variety of options to choose from.

Perfect accommodations!
Tara at the front desk was wonderful! Friendly, helpful and efficient! The man in the kitchen/dining area was keeping everything spotless, too! My room was perfect! Everything was great! Thx!!!!

Very good hotel
The entire stay was excellent. Staff friendly and efficient, room was clean and comfy, breakfast had lots of good options. Tiny issue with 1 elevator being out of service and waiting on the other. Overall, 5 stars, highly recommended!

The toilet keep running, then shut off, then run again.
The shades at our window would not pull down. So we put one pillow, one suitcase and one wadded up afghan in the wide window sill, for some privacy at night.

We came down for our son’s Basic Training graduation and stayed 4 nights. It was clean, comfortable and staff was friendly. Wish there was more gluten free options.

The hotel has been our go to hotel when we are in Columbus. This will be our last stay. A motorcycle group took over the parking lot and front entrance to the hotel. Playing loud music.

The two bedroom suite was very nice. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and staff was very friendly. The only problem I encountered was a large group of guests were at the pool just under my window and were talking, laughing and yelling very loudly late at night. The next night I am assuming it was the same group of people outside at 2:00 in the morning and arguing loudly in the hallway. This went on for several minutes and made the stay not so pleasant. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay very much.
