Barely anyone at hotel, checked into room to find the smell awful, muggy and humid. Front desk said no more rooms available but hardly any cars in parking lot. left at 9pm to go to a different hotel.

Aa far as a Holiday Inn Express goes this is not one of the best. It is a little run down, breakfast was always empty they ran out of food half way through breakfast. Shower rod was broken, curtain was broken. It is an ok place to stay but far behind of what I expect from a HIE property.

Our group had 4 rooms total. Although, I realize there is no guarantee that rooms can be together, an attempt was not even made. We asked and the answer was simply, "no". We checked in right at 3 so I would think staff could have at least tried. Out of our group, 3 rooms were were damp feeling and smelled of mildew. Staff that brought bedding to our room was prompt and polite. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was very good.

Everything was wonderful about the property. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was so friendly. We were there to cater and event for the weekend, so we were very dirty at the end of the day, but the pressure of the shower was a joke. There is no other way to describe it.
