房间一股的美味哦、一分钱一分货
我唯一的不满就是淋浴水压不够。起初我以为根本没法洗澡，因为水流太贴近墙壁了。后来我把热水开得比平时大，水压才足够洗澡。除此之外，一切都很好，我接触到的每个人都很友善。下次再去哥伦比亚还会预订这里。

出门在外呀，这个酒店算性价比高的了。
房间是重新装修过的，比较新。卫生状况表面还可以，咖啡壶非常脏。早餐结束时间太早了。地理位置很好，周边购物和餐饮非常方便。

前台的人不愿意给我邀请函，即使你已经向他收费了。他要我再次付款。我知道*******根本不为客户着想，因为他多次向我收费，而且他们还没有退款。这根本没用。我会试试找其他公司预订酒店。
他们没有提供咖啡。为了参加我儿子在杰克逊堡的毕业典礼，我们从肯塔基州开了好久的车，早上6点就得起床出门，结果却没有咖啡。房间里有一台Keurig咖啡机，但坏了。我们不得不面对一大早没有咖啡喝的情况。
工作人员超级友好，非常乐于助人。我们之前住过，以后还会再住；但是这次房间里狗/宠物的气味太浓了，让我们不想在房间里待太久。浴室真的需要翻新一下，因为它看起来不太干净。
公共区域、走廊和电梯区域的清洁度不太理想。我们住了三天，每次都需要好好拖地。停车场需要维修和重新铺设。
