Convenient access to highway. Quiet and modern. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent experience. Very impressed. The breakfast every morning is impressive and delicious and such a great way to start the day. There’s a hot tub and pool. The place is very clean and nicely done. Beds are very comfortable. The room was very large and the ceilings were high. Felt very spacious. The kitchen had a conduction stovetop, fridge, microwave, a dishwasher, and the cupboards had all the plates and pots and pans and utensils you’d need. Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Excellent service. Literally already booking another stay there after writing this review. I travel all the time for work and have stayed in hotels of all types all over the country, and I would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s not super fancy, but I found it more comfortable than most of the very expensive hotels I’ve stayed in. The breakfast really puts it over the top.

I booked this hotel room for my son and his friend for 19. When they checked in, they were told that they needed to be 21 to check in and even though I had a family member that could’ve checked them in the front desk person said no. I was told that I would be refunded my money since my son had to go to another hotel that I had to pay for and I was not! Very dissatisfied.

酒店回复: Hello, here at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Sioux Falls, we have a 21 or older policy to check-in. We also require an ID of the guest whose name is on the reservation. If a person's name is not on the reservation, they are not allowed to check-in, regardless of age. The reservation was cancelled for free on our end. Please contact the 3rd-party you booked with, to receive your refund.

Great stay
This hotel has great amenities, and we have not stayed here since they went through a remodel. It’s very clean and comfortable.

Nice overall. Mostly clean. Great breakfast. We had a suite and the extra bedding for the sofa bed was ripped and dirty. Light fixture was broke. Bathroom sink didn't drain well. We had to fix the door inside the suite bedroom so it closed. Could use a better map/signage inside the hotel to find out room. Good place to end each day and sleep.

I arrived early and got an upgrade in my room because it was ready to go. Very nice suite. Very great breakfast, many choices, went back for seconds. Overall best hotel I’ve stayed in. I’m usually a cheap guy but no more. Hilton is my choice from now on!

Room was nice, but dishwasher was not emptied. Creamer in room was bad when asked for milk at front desk was told unable to provide.

酒店回复: Thank you for staying with us at the Sioux Falls Homewood Suites. I am sorry that the dishwasher cycle is longer that the than the time the housekeeper is in the room cleaning. The staff does remove the dishes once they are clean if the dishwasher has completed running before the team leaves for the day. I am sorry if the staff did not provide you the new creamers, Usually the staff offers new in room coffee and creamers if a guest is out. Thank you for the valuable feedback that I can being back to my staff.

It was great in all aspects other than the room I stayed in the bathtub didn’t drain very well. Also, the parking lot was trashy.

We had to ask for fresh towels, Kleenex and coffee. We did not have our room serviced the entire 3 days we were there.
