I was enroute to Ga but stopped here going and coming back! They provided everything I needed to accommodate my stay!

Parking was good.
The room had a pungent smell, the towels were hard and worn, the carpet needed replacing, loud highway noise, the mattress was lumpy, price was not a good value.

She was very informative and made my check-in very smooth! The room was great, the shower pressure was perfect (the shower curtain was a bit short but I made it work) but the room was very clean and the bed was the BEST bed I'd ever slept on at a hotel EVER. Highly recommend this hotel especially if you will be staying longer than 1 night. It is 30 minutes from downtown Charlotte and worked out great for us going to the Metallica concert there. I will DEFINITELY book here again when I come there for future visits!

This was a convenient stop on my way home, and I chose it off the ******* point system. I found the place to be clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the front staff and hot coffee.

From Ashley at check-in giving us great information and assisting with upgrading the room, to Linda in the kitchen who laid out breakfast and made sure we had everything we needed, it was a great stay.
Our room was very clean, and we were less than five minutes from the Two Kings ******. I would stay here again.
