Property was adequate. Father needs copy of receipts that he never received. Can you send me or him a duplicate? He is insisting on paying me back for the room since my husband reserved them on our card. I never got a final bill either.

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. There had been a storm the night before so the wifi was out, but that was okay. This hotel is reasonably priced with all the amenties you will need for a night or two stay. Breakfast was okay too.

Dirty Rooms and Rude Staff

No amenities such as pool, wifi, tv, etc were available. Room was not clean. There were hairs and dark residue in the shower. Beard trimming in the sink and boogers on the wall next to the sitting chair. When asking about some type of refund or different room the front desk staff was very short tempered and rude. Upon check out, wanted to get a printed receipt but nobody was available for 20min then i see the front desk staff walk back in from outside with their phone. She says she "couldn't" print a receipt since i didn't book the room through the property. Breakfast was cold. I will never stay at Holiday Express again.

We come to this hotel every year. We usually have an excellent experience but the person who checked us in was very rude. She checked us in and out. It’s unfortunate.
