酒店回复: Thank you for your feedback! Our hotel does not require a deposit. Any deposit you would have paid would be through the third party site you booked through. I would recommend giving them a call.

Confused and disappointed
I reserved a room with 2 beds and pull out couch. Room only had 2 beds. Spoke to front desk, was told a guest requested an extended stay and the hotel was full. Front desk provided us a fold-out bed. Being 56, let's say that bed was not comfortable. If we canceled the reservation, we would not get my money back, so we had to stay. Not sure how someone can extend their stay, last minute even if their room has been reserved by someone else.

Pleasant experience
We were welcomed and checked in quickly by a very friendly desk agent. When we got to our room, we were happy to see everything was cleaned and perfect, with all the necessary amenities. The temp controls worked great and everything was aesthetic. The beds were comfy except the sleeper sofa (we are a large family so always have to use). I used it this time, and it was definitely not that great. We used the pool, which was super comfy and nice. The breakfast was awesome too, with very friendly kitchen staff. The dining room is pretty. The only suggestion would be maybe try to have a vegan yogurt and milk (may have had the plant-based milk - I didn't thoroughly check or ask). As a vegan, I hate a brown sugar oatmeal cup, an apple, a peanut butter packet, and coffee. Very good!! The kids (non-vegan) had endless delicious options. We were very pleased and all decided this will be our go-to hotel for Clinton!

Homeless vehicle beneath the window can see into our room even through light shade, low water, pressure, first room had a big leak underneath the AC unit had to move rooms.
