Nice rm, beds. Quirt. Microwave in Spanish only. Hard to get open. AC unit ran all night. Locked out so cannot turn down or off.

I stayed two nights, and I did not like that my room was not cleaned after the first night, when I returned the bed was not made, trash not emptied and no clean towels. I inquired at the front desk and was told that the rooms were cleaned ever other day, then I was told that I had to request for the room to be cleaned. That made no sense since I saw the attendant on my floor when I left that morning. I also had family staying at the hotel and their room was cleaned the next morning. That was my only concern with this hotel.

Love it!
The hotel was clean and bright. It was located in a great shopping area with restaurants and stores that you can walk to. The staff was welcoming. Late check out was definitely a "plus" (12:00 noon) I did not feel that we were being rush out on our last day. The costs of the stay was reasonable.
Loved it! when back in Virginia visiting family I will stay here again.

Excellent location on Linton Hall Rd to visit our daughter in Bristow. In huge shopping / entertainment plaza with plenty of good eat / drink options within short drive or walk. All the usual quality amenities of Hampton -- easy check-in/out, courteous staff, clean / comfortable room, nice gym and good breakfast. Will definitely be our home on future visits.

The room I given was an ADA room. The shower was very inconvenient. The water temperature was scalding hot. Otherwise the accommodations were good

Everything seemed clean and modern. Very close to the concert venue and lots of shopping and restaurant options. The breakfast was delicious and the staff members were very friendly this morning. Will definitely stay here again

Great stay!
The hotel seemed to be very new! The room was very clean and so were the common areas. We were in town for a wedding and the front desk ladies were very accommodating in letting us check in early as we had to be somewhere by 4pm- shout out to Angel for the great service
