Room was run down and dirty. Evening/night staff was not friendly at all. If he doesn’t like his job, he should do something else. Morning staff were excellent. Phone in room was broken. Heating in room very noisy. Location is amazing!

Check in was not great. We weren’t greeted, we were not even sure we were in the right place. After much time waiting we were given our room key card. Computers were down. They seemed short staffed.
The room was good and very comfortable. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working.
The location of the hotel is great!

The room was clean. Building seemed a little older but it was upkept and had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay

This is a very nice hotel. Check-in was easy peasy, we each received a warm chocolate cookie. They also have an allergy free cookie option. Our room was clean and spacious, and the king bed was delightful. Would definitely stay again and I highly recommend it.

Actually the entry way had 2 pigeons and their bird poop needed to be cleaned up.

Shower wouldn't drain. Toilet had to be flushed several times. Pillows hard as a rock. A/C didn't work. This place has been going downhill for some time. The price is not acceptable for the quality of the stay.

Good location
The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Helena. The room was spacious and clean but we found the stairwells and pool area to be unkempt. Food crumbs all over the floor and dingy pool water were unappealing.

I paid for the breakfast through *******, the front desk said they didn't have it on their computer. I said it was on my phone I can show you on my phone, but the front desk said I would have to get with ******* and at that point I was like screw it. I probably will never stay there again.
