Everything was great. No hard boiled eggs at breakfast. And the juice machine was out of order.
Breakfast aide was using same towel to clean seats and tables. Prob should have used a seperate towel.

Road trip
Looked newly remodeled. Standard free breakfast. Friendly staff. Met our needs for overnight to sleep, quiet on the night we stayed. Not many restaurant choices on the hotel exit. Could offer more lights on across from the check in/breakfast area if families wanted to gather and visit.

The beds were super comfortable and the sheets were soft. Staff was friendly and helpful. We liked it so much we stayed two nights because we had been driving to the east coast then back again and needed a break from driving.

The manager, Johnie, was the most strange person we've ever encountered in a hotel.
What a weird experience... She kept us standing at the desk for 45 mins, without any kind of explanation. The best I can describe it was "getting punked". Then she, with a continued balnk face, just grabbed her keys, hung up the phone that she was using to apparently help another guest, and left the building. People in line behind us, who were similarly ignored this whole time, were also left in the lurch, and understandably frustrated. So, what could we do? We found an alternative hotel in town.
On the plus side, the next morning we called and explained to the day-manager what happened, and she was both kind and helpful, and refunded our prepaid room fee since we didn't actually get to stay the night.
Usually the H.I. franchises have been mostly good experiences for us...but this was such an off-putting experience that it merited mentioning.

Very very nice hotel. Pool, hot tub, rooms are big and spacious, my only complaint is the price! Even for how nice it is, the price is a little ridiculous. But it’s the only hotel in that immediate area so what can you do

Excellent stay
Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed, pillows, and linens. Room temperature was perfect. Quiet. Slept all night and I never do that away from home. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Overall a perfect stay. Always stay there when in Billings and will continue to do so.
