Overall the hotel was good. I paid for 3 rooms and only one had issues. The room was not properly cleaned and there were dirty towels (towels that had make up stains) on them in my room.

The stay was good. I was greeted at check-in with professionalism and courtesy. The check-in was quick and easy. The check-out was just as good.
The room was clean and comfortable, but I did notice in the bathroom, under the sink, where the pipes come into the room, there was some space open around the wall and the pipe under the sink. To me, that leaves an opening for things that may be in the walls to enter a room. I would suggest sealing that to eliminate any potential problems.

I have been on crutches on and off the last few weeks and had to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to our room because the elevator was broken, after having requested the 1st floor. Nothing good ever comes from booking through *******! I am requested a one night credit. I can be reached at 813-416-5626

Very nice. Staff friendly. Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable beds and fantastic pillows.

The staff was very friendly and the room was nice. However the hallway getting to the room was really small and it made it quite difficult if you had to use the luggage cart. Additionally the only elevator seemed like it had seen better days and could use some maitenence. Other than that the room was spacious and clean

We arrived for our room about 10pm and were greeted by such a vibrant sweet girl at the front desk! She was so fun and welcoming to our family. She had just returned home from her own vacation/honeymoon and told us this was her first shift back.
Breakfast the following morning very good, nice selection.
