I enjoyed my stay, room, and breakfast. However my car was hit in the parking lot. A staff member told me that the owner has access to the cameras on Monday. Come to find out, the cameras don't work. Why lie?

Room was nice, staff was nice. However the hotel needs to do a better job with updating their availabile services. When I reserved my room this hotel showed that they offered airport shuttle. When I called to confirm, they said they did but they don’t anymore. I also asked when did it stop, they told me March or April. So for over half of a year you have been advertising the incorrect information. It’s really unacceptable, and you need to do better.

I give this hotel stay a full rating because overall it was well taken care of and as a guest we were well welcomed. I will say there was water in the tub not much (maybe a guest just checked out or maybe the room was just cleaned). Everything worked well. I am big on my rooms ac working/fan/ventilation no smelly room acceptable type.

Check in lady knew as I walked in who I was and my everything about my reservation even booking through *******. No call to the hotel was made on my end. I’ve stayed in my share of hotels just traveling places. This was the first.

The room was very clean and equipped. The breakfast was excellent. The server of breakfast was friendly and kept the kitchen very clean. Great customer service. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

We arrived late and only stayed a few hours, but the room was spotless and the bed comfortable. The front desk staff member was very friendly and expedited our check-in quickly!

Overall the hotel was good. I paid for 3 rooms and only one had issues. The room was not properly cleaned and there were dirty towels (towels that had make up stains) on them in my room.
