Room was extremely cold upon arrival. Adjusted via thermostat, but no change in temperature.
Front desk advised that maintenance is required to turn on heating via opening in the ceiling, which I found absolutely ridiculous, as I’ve stayed in numerous hotels both business and leisure, and have NEVER known anything like this.
Arrived at 3pm, NO food available, as kitchen doesn’t open until 6pm. No room service available.
Expected more from a Hilton.

Elevators are really slow, they have 3 but only one works. Bed is not very comfortable and the pillows are horrible. No continental breakfast was a buffet for 18 dollars and was continental type food. Ordered door dash instead. Service was very good everyone nice and helpful. would not stay again.

Plenty of parking for my truck and single car hauler and right across the freeway from the event center I was at for the weekend. Hotel and room were very nice for the money, although the waters they left in your room are $3/piece, lol

The shower head a leak, and the laundry room Was out of service, also the spa room was out of service.
And the carpet on the aisle was dirty
I will not repeat or recommend to anyone

Room was clean, bathrooms always clean. Staff was very nice. $18 breakfast each day was kind of a shock, but food was good.

Service personnel were nice, the room is good. However, I was not happy about the tea/coffee station in the lobby area. It was available only between 7-10am in the morning, and last half an hour it was cold.
At the room I had only couple of K-cups.
After all is it that much hard to keep at least a hot water available during the day?
