Abby and the rest of the staff were friendly and professionals. They took care of our needs. The property was well maintained. Breakfast was awesome and the workout room was great.

Very clean room, staff very courteous. Breakfast was fantastic. Only complaint was electric outlets dont work properly. Cant get electricity out of them without manipulating it and kinking the chord to put pressure on the connection point. If they worked, that was only way. Usb ports same. Either dont work or have to manipulate chord. All outlets. Exhast fan in bathroom dont work at all. Called front desk from their room phone, they cant hear anything I say. Entry way light was intermittent which was fixed the next day.

I don’t think this deserves the 9.2 rating it has. They stopped filling up any breakfast items early. So we weren’t able to eat much. The front entrance smelled like smoke and the facility was just average. 30 minutes from downtown. I can say there are better options in West Ashley.

I would like to thank Sarah (AKA Ms. B in a prior review) for the great customer service at the front desk. I would like to thank Stacey for the instant response to a warranted house keeping situation. I would like to thank James for everything. The staff is very helpful and appeasing to whatever your needs are. If you have a problem or unpleasant situation, this is the staff you would want to handle it. I would recommend this hotel due to the staff members that exhibited great leadership skills and the way they went out of their job expectations at hand to give you a memorable experience.

Nice staff. But I was unable to get the fan on the thermostat to stay on unless it was actively heating or cooling. I usually use this to block outside noise, so I was awakened all hours by traffic/sirens and sounds of hotel doors & other guests alarms. The bed was also much too firm, which was super disappointing - I had been very much looking forward to sinking into one of Marriott's reliably comfortable beds. Very clean, new, great design & decor, and staff was very nice

入住时那位年轻小伙子服务很棒,但除此之外就没什么可圈可点的地方了。我们进了房间,首先要说的是,我预订并收到了确认,说我能住到带无障碍淋浴的房间。结果根本不是!我没有住到我预订的房间。我站不住普通浴缸/带淋浴的房间。我们真是太失望了。接着,房间里没有空调。空调机组的电源完全关闭了。Joshua很热心地进来房间想修理/调试一下。没用。所以他又给了我们另一个房间。我们当时还很兴奋,以为问题终于解决了。结果并没有!在这个房间里,我一冲厕所……天呐,简直是尼亚加拉大瀑布!不到一分钟,浴室就水漫金山了。根本止不住。我丈夫去了前台,拿来了皮搋子和拖把。我们不得不在地板完全湿透的房间里睡觉,因为那个拖把的纤维比孩子的跳绳还细,又薄又旧。我们只能忍着潮湿的房间,直到早上大约6点半退房。我们来查尔斯顿是为了看病。这种房间状况真是让我们病上加病!我只能说员工和早餐都非常好。但从一开始确认房间订单的人根本没给我们预订的房间,而他们给我们的房间也完全不适合任何客人入住。请让客房服务人员在允许前台出租房间之前,检查一下房间里的基本设施。测试一下空调,冲一下每个马桶。谢谢!
