The room they gave me was still busy and dirty, then they gave me another one and it was the same thing. After that they apologized and made me to wait til the room was cleaned. I decide to go take care the things I went to the city for. When I came back. The bedroom was supposedly been cleaned. But they didn’t change the mattress sheets, I knew it because I found some dirt stains on it, there was food at the freezer, they just left one towel on a double room, There was a strong smell of humidity in the room, the smell along the hallway was really bad. And also some floors of the building are under construction. I’m so disappointed in general because I know Wyndham Hotel chain as high quality.

No one was at the desk and took awhile before someone showed to check us in. The girl was super sweet though. We have two rooms and both had different but horrible smells. Bathrooms were not clean. Looked like used towels. White stuff in the sink, could be lotion, shampoo, toothpaste, no clue but wasn’t going to figure it out. 3 of the 4 beds didn’t have fitted sheets nor a top sheet between you and the comforter. Toilet paper holder is falling off the wall. Many other issues but I am too tired to continue this. Not worth $50 let alone the $200 I spent.

After a 6 hour drive got to hotel an hour early. I arrived to a girl texting on her phone as I stood there, very unprofessional. I asked if we could check in but was told I would have to pay $40 for early check in. Disappointing as I have never been asked to pay extra at other hotels for early check in. I received an email that I would be getting a renovated room which did not look renovated. My AC was loud and did not cool properly, the door from my restroom did not close properly, had to lift and pull the door with strength to close it. I had other family stay as well and we were hoping to swim but pool was closed which was also disappointing. Would not recommend, I expected more from this hotel.

Staff was okay, when I got there which was 30 minutes earlier they wanted to charge $40 extra to check in earlier which I never have an issue at Hampton. Then at check in the girl was on her cell phone laughing and talking away and was like I’ll call u back which was unprofessional on top of that an attitude. The least they could have done was let us check in at no charge due to amenities being out. Then I got an email saying I would be getting a renovated unit and it wasn’t. The pool was out so we didn’t get to go swimming which was a bummer. The whole part of getting the hotel with an inside pool just in case it was cold so we wouldn’t have to worry about that. On top of that the water smelled like pee that we showered in. We drove 5 hours away and my family and I were not happy at all. Probably will just stick to my old places I stay at.

They are doing work to make nice but seemed like it was probably a flood hotel, room smelled of mold. Sink backed up, did not leave towels in room for all guests(2). Soaps were empty in the shower. Unfortunately could not recommend

Room had mold in bathroom and on AC vent, were offered another room that the housekeeper hadn’t cleaned then moved to another room that was up to standard. Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Bartender made a great margarita.
