Room had a wet odor to it, shower had mold, air conditioner didn’t work and night shift women that worked at the desk wanted to give me a fan that had more dust than the Sierra desert. Than the general manager never returned any of my calls after leaving several voicemails. Reading the breakfast menu when returning from our event and women screams and says” we are not open and there will be no hot breakfast in the morning because the cook called in”. First off it’s 9:00 pm, I have common sense to know yall are closed and why are you screaming at me. Worse hotel EVER!!! Don’t waste your time or money. Even tried to get another room that night due to our air and there was no clean rooms and suggested me find another hotel at midnight. I am a single mother with a daughter and you suggested I find another hotel in a city I am unfamiliar with. I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!

The hotel was not clean, the toilet in the bathroom was dirty, and had remains of fecal matter in the toilet.

I had 3 room changes trying to find one with a suitable bathroom. Even as they moved me to a suite, I could not stay there and asked to be refunded. Each bathroom was full of mold, mildew, and rust. I mean it was all over in the shower. The bathroom sink and the sink in the livingroom room area were clogged, and one sink was filled with cloudy, foul smelling water. This left me and my family riding through Lake Charles after midnight looking for alternate accommodations. The furniture looked new, but the cleanliness was awful. Pretty disgusting actually. The property is supposedly undergoing renovations. The rooms I was moved to were supposedly one of those renovated rooms. But I guess those renovations don't include the bathrooms.

We booked through ******* room was not available when we arrived. I did the online check in, I was charged for room. We were stranded late at night. How can you do business like this. Very unhappy. Cathy Dart

Arrived at hotel to be “greeted” by an overwhelmed receptionist whose firsts words were we don’t have a room available for you. Says it happens All the time. I asked to speak with manager and was refused to speak with one. The general manager refused to speak with me after she called him. Horrible. No offer of refund. No offer of let me try to get you other accommodations! I will NEVER stay here or any Wyndham for that matter

Piles of Dirty linen in the hallway the entire stay (never was touched). No bath mats after shower. No hand soap. Only 2 very small pillows. No phone in room to call for .
Front desk was not available for check in for 10 minutes. Came down for scissors and front desk was not available again for another 10 minutes, while 3 guests were also waiting to check in ( no exaggeration).
