The hotel is very loud being directly next to a railroad track. The ac did work well but is very loud making it difficult to sleep and the teenagers running around at midnight banging on doors didn’t make for a restful evening.

The front desk employee was exceptional at making my anniversary feel special. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the bar was great, and the bartender was super nice. We were welcomed with a little gift from the manager for celebrating our anniversary, which I thought was above and beyond. The pool and hot tub we’re both clean and super easily accessible

319 needs new shower curtain. The existing curtain too short & after taking a shower, puddle on the floor.

Ideal location. This is the hotel I stay every time I go to Louisiana and fly into the BTR airport! Perfect for single travelers and families as well. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby within walking distance!

Coffee pots were empty and breakfast was a mess .. also we were 10 minutes late checking out and cleaning ladies were rushing us and man in lobby called and was kinda rude about us being 10 minutes late. Bathroom floor was old and rust in the tub
