Just a note. I wish we could leave reviews on every guest that stays with us like they leave regarding staff and employees. It's easy to demand things of staff and then take your affluent attitude and give bad reviews on those people without care for their employment. But half of the guests that stay in hotels are inconsiderate peoples, yet they get to discredit staff all the time. I wish we all had a way of reviewing you guests who stay. Some of you would have the worst ratings & some of you need to know you're expectations are far from Reality**. The staff at these hotels put up with a lot of bad attitudes or reviews from guests with high expectations and zero accountability for your poor planning, zero follow up with hotels staff about policies and prices, and over all attitude of people acting privileged BE NICER TO HOTEL STAFF. look in a mirror before you go bad nothing a staff member... maybe your expectations are to grandiose! Maybe your attitude is off-putting... maybe you're being boogie, arrogant, and self centered. Maybe it's YOU

Fabulous Experience
Beds were so comfortable , room was clean and large, loved having a fridge and kierig . It was great getting a text saying to text back if I needed anything. We needed more towels. It was quickly delivered. The breakfast was delish!
Bathroom fan didn’t work and the toilet seat should be replaced. I have no idea why but it looks like the seat was damaged and painted which looks dirty. We loved our stay . We were very happy!

My only issue is that it was difficult to find an employee when we arrived super late for check in (after midnight- as I was driving from out of state)..
Staff were friendly enough, hotel was clean and quiet.

I stay at hotels all the time and I have never been charged a cleaning fee. I take the time to pick up our room and it's usually just me and my young kids. I am currently almost 9 months pregnant and my daughter wanted to get a hotel for her 12th birthday so we could just hang out and swim for a day. The place we usually go had pool maintenance so we got a room here in eldorado hills. The pool area had McDonald's all over the ground and never got cleaned up n we were there until 10. The hot tub was like warm and slimy with band aids lying around the floor. When I checked out the next morning I noticed my card was getting charged first 20 then 25 and when I called they told me that we had got paint on the floor. And they were keeping my $50 deposit and charging me 90$ ... I should be lucky because they usually charge a 250 cleaning fee... They took 90 because that's all I had in my account. The money I was going to use to take my daughter shopping the next day. One piece of cake was dropped on the floor so I tried to explain it was just frosting and we had tried to clean it up. They didn't care and kept trying to charge my card over the next week for the rest of the 250$ for a spot of frosting. Outrageous!!! I will never stay here again and I can't believe because we dropped a price of cake that we were getting charged 250 dollars that is actually insane. Don't stay here!!!

Rooms are very clean and great service from check in to check out. Jazzmin was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious me and my kids enjoyed it. The pool is a definite much do while staying at the hotel. Definitely would recommend this to family and friends.

Horrible experience, tried to charge us twice. Called us a liar and had the audacity to call back about the issue. Had to call corporate to get the charges overturned. Manager very unprofessional, and called us liars on the way out. Love the chain, hate this location. Would rather sleep in my car. DO NOT GO HERE!
