I had an amazing time. Hotel was clean and smelled really nice when we walked in. Catrena at the front desk was wonderful to us. My family and I will be back soon.

Great hotel, very clean, very nice people although I'd like to shout out Miss Catrena she went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. I needed a tub for my mother, and she quickly checked to see and gave me the room we really needed. She told me to make sure I put it into my preference so that they could accommodate us for future use. I thanked her and we do plan on coming back.

I didn't stay. But during the ice storm I called trying to make reservations. I had some great customer service. Questions was answered so quickly. Bonita thank you for being so patient an kind with me. I will be visiting in the near future.

The Room was very clean.. Not noisy and I had the best sleep ever.. The bed was so so comfortable.. Like I was sleeping on clouds.. Bonita was so friendly and so sweet..

Went there last minute and they were more than hospitable. The front desk clerk Bonita was extremely helpful to our last minute accommodations. When i come back for a visit, i will definitely be returning and hopefully that helpful clerk can asset me once again.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I informed the manager, Michelle, that I would be getting in real late and she assured me that everything would be ready when I arrived. The morning staff were very cordial and had Southern hospitality and personality to spare. Will most certainly be coming back.
