Well for one i think you need to make sure that people staying in the hotel really stay there and not have everyone come to the hotel and hang out with the people staying there. The breakfast area i know half the people eating there wasn't staying in the hotel. The same for the managers special. Everyone thought it was free alcohol and a lot of them didnt have a card. I know its hard to police but that was a problem for us. Don't know if we will be back. That problem is to much because it creates a security risk or problem if a guess and someone who doesn't stay in the hotel have a disagreement. Just a FYI.

The room was nice. The breakfast was amazing! The staff was very helpful. Our room was missing the TV remote. We told them, and they had us one in less than 10 minutes. We will stay here again when we visit Dallas

There is some much needed updates & renovations that need to be done to the hotel. Only one washing machine in the entire building worked. The staff from the front desk to the chefs in the kitchen were phenomenal. The breakfast was great everyday, the facility, again is just dated.

Front desk person was great, very helpful and polite, after a long day of travel and cancelations and stress, she offered a lot to ease my night.
Breakfast great, rooms clean and equipped. Hotel is beautiful

The staff was amazing. However, the room was not the cleanest. Found broken glass on the floor by bathroom vanity & used vape in the bathroom. The chairs were sticky.
