The staff was courteous, the breakfast was very good, and we really liked how our room (#2055) was laid out. Unfortunately, the comforter on the bed was dirty in spots, especially near the top hem. Even still, I'd probably stay there again should the need arise... but would definitely bring my own comforter.

Our room was infested with ants. I had to move rooms. The second room had a broken shelf in the bathroom, a broken lamp, and pizza sauce on the floor. The third room was fine but it wasn't poolside which is what we reserved and paid for

Late night. Stay over after several flight delays. Room was clean enough, the wall had a lot of dents and paint removal. The room was larger than expected with plenty of room to put down. My yoga mat to stretch. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast did not have many healthy options. However, very few hotels offer more than just oranges and bananas for fresh fruit.

Overall, we had an excellent stay with our family. Securing adjoining rooms was especially helpful, as it allowed the grandparents to easily care for the children while their parents attended a concert.

The rooms were generally clean; however, we did notice dried soda stains on one wall, and the tub caulking could use maintenance. In addition, the adjoining doors were missing functional hold-open closers, requiring us to prop them open to move between the rooms.

Staff was exceptional.

Overall our stay was good! Beds were comfy, location was pretty close to areas we planned to visit. Staff was nice. One hiccup was finding a towel with hair on it, makes me question the cleanliness overall.

Had the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life time. First of all, my room smelled like fresh cigarette that smoke, toilet was extremely dirty (poop splattered in the bowl) white stain on sofa, bedsheet dirty and wrinkled and so many more. There were no housekeeping to clean the bathroom. I am so disgusted by it.

I recommend not staying there unless you have no choice.

We had kids running up and down the hall on the third floor screaming and yelling and acting like fools at 11-1130 at night. Kids were in the pool area way after the pool closed yelling and screaming. We drove 5 hrs to get there arrived at 9pm and needed to get to sleep to get up early for a band conference. We could hear the music and feel the bass from the party on the first floor. Just very disappointed in the atmosphere compared to the first stay last year. Thanks so much for allowing me to vent.

We tried to use the couch that pulled into a bed, but we couldn’t because there was a disgusting brown stain and another concerning looking white stain on it. Instead of having our own beds, we squished into the two beds in the room.
