We pulled up late at night, two ladies in an unfamiliar town, and the place was very foreboding. They are doing renovations on the lobby and from the circle entrance we couldn't see the front desk, just construction. There were zero signs. Eventually I went to the door to check it out and after I went inside I could see the front desk and a person. So my complaint is, if you are going to do renovation and your place looks like a ghost town, put up some signs. Could also use more signage from the road. It shouldn't be that hard. After that everything was fine.

The building is under construction so I expected the lobby and other areas to look the part, however, the hallways and room also looked as if they were still under construction. This wouldn't have been a big deal however for the price you pay, you should def get a discount if everything is in disarray. I'm sure it will look nice when its complete but it did not feel welcoming.

The telephone didn't work in the room.
The door fell off of the nightstand between the beds.
The electrical plug did not work on the wall.
There was one coffee cup in a double room.

The hotel was under construction, which can be unavoidable, but I wasn’t aware. I had very early mornings beginning at 4am and requested to be as separated as possible but ended up on the same floor as a soccer team.. again possibly unavoidable but not ideal

We stayed a total of 3 nights, the first morning we opted not to get out room clean as the cleaning crew was ready to start cleaning around 10am, the second morning we were out early so we could get our room cleaned and came
