Horrible
It smelled like sewage when you first pulled in the parking lot, when you walk in the front door it smelled like that also. The floors in the room were dirty. Bed was horrible looked like someone had a used the bathroom in the floor and walked in it. Sand in the shower floor, mildew in the corners of the shower

Check in and out was a breeze. There were no towels in the room upon arrival which the staff promptly corrected
I would like to see the handicap room more conveniently located on the first floor or closer to the elevator.
Breakfast was great.

It was just okay, the rooms were clean and every other place was clean. The elevator smelled really bad, it was stincking and the carpet in the floor of elevator was dirty.

We stay here often. This was unacceptable.
When we went to check in, the person at the front desk told us there were no towels for the room. He went to the back and came back with several wash cloths. We asked if we could get towels and he said “no, someone else needed extras earlier today so we have none left”. I asked if we could cancel the booking and go somewhere else. He said yes but never canceled. I was still charged.

Hallways smelled bad and floors were dirty. HVAC in room was so loud I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. The TV stopped working on my second night there.

Much to be desired
The bed was too soft and there were also ants on the bathroom. The hall smelled like skunk which may indicate someone smoking in the (non-smoking) hotel. And the room kinda smelled moldy and the outer was looked like it had water damage. Staff was friendly upon check in but the hotel left much to be desired.

Arrived and my already paid reservation for 3 nights was cancelled. However the front desk said they had a non rentable room with no T.V., they could clean for us. We waited an hour and a half for this room. The room smelt like bleach, with light paint droppings all over furniture, the shower barely worked. The next day we were moved into adequate rooms. Unfortuately there were no other hotels with rooms available due to this fall festival. The staff said they would compensate me for the first night stay, so far this has not happened. Not sure I will use ******* again.
从外面看起来不错,但里面一切都很脏,大厅里有很多人,就像开派对一样,每个人都在喊叫,电梯夹和走廊夹都完全脏了,空调也很脏。开机时噪音太大。老实说,这个位置给我留下了非常糟糕的经历,我只是在等待黎明离开那个地方,老实说我什至不想吃“免费”早餐,因为早餐室也挤满了人,而且我非常怀疑他们会是客人,因为我观察到很多其他人,停车只是为了吃早餐,我不知道这家酒店是否向外国人赠送食物,对我来说似乎是这样。绝对不要留在这个位置!
