The front desk evening check in and morning check in attendants and the breakfast staff were all extremely nice and attentive. The third floor smelled like old wet wood. The bed was not a normal hotel mattress and my pillows smelled dirty. The tile floor was sticky on my shoes and I didn’t take my shoes off except to get in bed. The air conditioning unit was on 60 but felt like 72. It didn’t keep the room cool. There weren’t any extra toiletries in the bathroom either.

It smelled like sewage when you first pulled in the parking lot, when you walk in the front door it smelled like that also. The floors in the room were dirty. Bed was horrible looked like someone had a used the bathroom in the floor and walked in it. Sand in the shower floor, mildew in the corners of the shower

Check in and out was a breeze. There were no towels in the room upon arrival which the staff promptly corrected
I would like to see the handicap room more conveniently located on the first floor or closer to the elevator.
It was just okay, the rooms were clean and every other place was clean. The elevator smelled really bad, it was stincking and the carpet in the floor of elevator was dirty.

We stay here often. This was unacceptable.
When we went to check in, the person at the front desk told us there were no towels for the room. He went to the back and came back with several wash cloths. We asked if we could get towels and he said “no, someone else needed extras earlier today so we have none left”. I asked if we could cancel the booking and go somewhere else. He said yes but never canceled. I was still charged.

Hallways smelled bad and floors were dirty. HVAC in room was so loud I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. The TV stopped working on my second night there.
