Overall experience was good. Need to have MANY more electrical outlets for electronics. The two outlets in my room were not enough and the other 2 were not tight enough to hold the chargers.

We choose the town and then the hotel as a stop over trip for our travels to Mackinaw. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the town and it's restaurants and walking area adjacent to the lake and park area. Great experience at the hotel, for its kind staff and breakfast gift. We felt very welcomed. Thank you

Older property. Average. Room wasn’t ready, which I know happens. First staff member was not polite about it and didn’t want us to wait in the lobby. But we needed to get ready for a wedding and had no choice. Another staff member had sympathy and gave us a bathroom key so we were able to change our clothing. We waited well over an hour and finally go in to a room. Made it to the wedding on time. Later staff was nicer. The first check in lady simply made a negative first impression.
