Trued charging me $35 fee for an hour late check out. I will not stay here again.
Then when I had paid for the room until 11AM - housekeeping was knocking on my door at 10:30 for me to leave the room.

The bathroom didn’t work and the handimsn was off on a Saturday! The tub looked dirty.
The good thing is that they did offer a different room and it was better.

Very Rude Manager! Untrained; my 4-day stay was a terrible and inconvenient experience and will NEVER stay at a Holiday Inn at that location again!!! Tried to voiced my concerns and inconvenience to the manager on duty and she wouldn’t let me speak but threatened to call police because i complained of the bad experience. Made multiple complaints for help through out my stay and was never helped. One of the staff did come to my room to try and said he couldn't and that the manager will try to get maintenance the next day and couldn't relocate me because it was already late. Horrible experience and plan to follow up to the top owners at this hotel to address my bad experience. Very humiliating experience from this RUDE and insensitive lady claiming to be the manager. Even tri d to discourage me from call IHG corporate saying they are independent franchise. I plan to see this situation remedied or address. A customer complains and you threat call police! I need answers

The room with the jetted tub was the reason I stayed at this hotel. So relaxing.
