I’m not a bad review person but this stay deserves a terrible review!
- Warm showers - told by staff 2 times to let the water run 20 minutes before showering to get hot water. It never got hot, just warm. There is snow on the ground, you need a hot shower!
- Told by 2 different staff breakfast was from 6-10. At 0900 the next morning they said they were closed for Thanksgiving. It was 2 days after Thanksgiving. Staff should have known this and communicated! The breakfast was one of the reasons I picked this location.
- Fan in bathroom screeched like fingernails on a chalk board. It ran all the time and you could not turn it off.
- Housekeeping walked in at 0800 after 1 knock and me answering. Woke my family.
- Housekeeper on our floor had no shoes on. She was cleaning rooms and walking on wet snow floors in socks. Not clean or sanitary!!
- Beds were so hard even my 11 year old woke up with back pain.
It was a beautiful facility. One or two of these issues is understandable, but all of them just ruins your stay!!

Room had no hat water in the shower . Checked in around 8 pm on Sunday . Let the water run for a good 10 min , still no hot water . HVAC conditioner did not work either . Had wall mount control untie . Adjusting up or down and nothing would happen. I was tired since I just drove from Cali and firgired the hot water was out but the hotel was not overly booked . Tried the shower again in the morning and was faded with another cold shower , no hot water .
At check out interned to explain my issues with the front desk clerk ( Monday morning 11/23) . She was busy sitting on the desk playing on her phone for 20-30 sec before she noticed I was at the front desk . Tried to explain the cold water and no HVAC . All she told me was I had to run the water for 10-15 min till the hot water got to that side of the building. I tried to tell her I let it run for 10 min the night before and felt I was wasting water at that point. . She wanted nothing to do with my complaints. Did not address the HVAC issue . I even asked for a receipt for my stay and was denied.
I stayed here this time because I did not want to stay at The American Inn buy Windum next door due to them allowing dogs. Guess I should have stayed as the service there is a lot better . I stayed there earlier in the week on my way out to Cali .

Reservation/check-in - made reservation online, got email confirmation, got to hotel - they could not find record, was not confirmed in hotel computer - hotel had to cancel ******* reservation, rebooked at the desk - cost money, time, and hassle.

Staff was great. Room and property was clean. The fitted bas sheet for our king size bed was too small and kept coming undone from corners of mattress. $50 pet fee is too high.

Good clean room
Stayed for one night but the room was updated and clean. It was very basic but gave us a comfortable nights rest. Nice bathroom and shower. We would stay here again.

Dogs in the room 2 doors down were barking and yipping for at least a half an hour. When I called the front desk from the room phone, no one answered, the same when I called the hotel from my mobile phone. I don't blame the hotel or staff for the ignorant people who didn't care for their animals, but I was sorely disappointed that I had to walk down to the front desk to bring it to someone's attention.
