Reservation/check-in - made reservation online, got email confirmation, got to hotel - they could not find record, was not confirmed in hotel computer - hotel had to cancel ******* reservation, rebooked at the desk - cost money, time, and hassle.

Staff was great. Room and property was clean. The fitted bas sheet for our king size bed was too small and kept coming undone from corners of mattress. $50 pet fee is too high.

Good clean room
Stayed for one night but the room was updated and clean. It was very basic but gave us a comfortable nights rest. Nice bathroom and shower. We would stay here again.

Dogs in the room 2 doors down were barking and yipping for at least a half an hour. When I called the front desk from the room phone, no one answered, the same when I called the hotel from my mobile phone. I don't blame the hotel or staff for the ignorant people who didn't care for their animals, but I was sorely disappointed that I had to walk down to the front desk to bring it to someone's attention.

Our stay was wonderful. The lead woman in the kitchen, was nice the first two days and rude the last 4 days. Made things awkward. But the room was great, location was good, and overall perfect for our family!

Shower had soap scum and hair on it. Waited 10 min for a front desk person. Construction on the lobby entrance, no sign stating use other door. ******* states that king room have sunken bath tubs( why I rented that room) was very disappointing to find out NO TUB.
