Was not able to check in, had reservations for 10/29 and and another for 10/30. I had canceled the one for 10/30. Upon arrival in Alice, was told they did not have a reservation for 10/29. Showed them my confirmation, after about 15 minutes of conversation, it was determined they had received the cancelation for 10/30 but had canceled 10/29 in error. They had no rooms available. After driving 9 hours that day I was not happy, had to drive another hour before finding a room for the night. This is Texas, it is a long way between fair sized towns that have suitable hotels. I think Aice Hampton Inn owes us a refund of both nights, it was their mistake that caused the problem

Our stay was great. The breakfast was good, the area was clean, the staff were very nice.
One negative-The rooms our family had(multiple) all smelled musty and felt humid, as if the carpet was wet. The AC was good cold but the rooms were still humid and musty.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Room was clean. TV was a struggle but finally got it figured out. Breakfast was good although I never saw any milk but I probably did not look in the right place.

It was very nice. The service when I arrived was exceptional. The room was spacious and comfortable. If I travel to Alice again, I will definitely stay there:

Staff is very friendly, egar to help and accomadate my needs. Requested a walkin shower due to special needs.

The room was great; everything was nice and clean! The bed was comfortable; the only thing I would recommend is placing a long mirror on the bathroom door or somewhere on the wall in the room. The complimentary breakfast and coffee were really good! We would definitely go back!

Upgrades galore! There was a lot of construction going on during my stay but the mess and noise was obsolete! The finished areas were very nice and clean and modern! Looked like a brand new hotel!
