When we got to the room the door was stuck because the hinge was loose. Once we got settled a housekeeping employee came and tried to just access the room without knocking. Apparently we got to the room before the room was ready and was missing towels (which it was).
We were came to the breakfast bar at 8:30 there were items that were not available so we had to sit and wait for the food items to be cooked and brought out.

Horrible service between ******* and Holiday inn express, I booked and payed on line. As soon as I come in, the attendant in the front desk wanted to charge me $150 something dollars saying I had not paid. I showed her my receipt and continued to argue that I had not paid. I showed her again and she let us get in the room. About 20 minutes later she comes upstairs looking for me saying I had a balance of $12 for taxes. I look again on my receipt and it has takes included. I called *******, they said they would fix it. A few minutes later she comes up again saying what I payed was not their taxes. This has never happened to me before and feel all this is very unprofessional from both parties. I paid the dumb $12 to get this lady off my back and be able to rest for the one night I booked the hotel. I’m glad this is the first and last time I use this place but will definitely start looking at other options instead of *******. I feel they should’ve resolved this issue.

Great hotel...would stay again.
Parking area was close, convenient, and well lit. Room was quite clean and good sized. Good price booked through hotels, but hotel did accidentally double-charge us for room, charging our Amex even though we had already paid in full ahead of time on another card. Awaiting them to correct this.

We paid for a room with 2 queens, with 4 people. They were “out” of washcloths and could only provide us with 2. What are we suppose to do? They “don’t know”

Property has friendly staff and the breakfast is good. Very good service! I didn’t have any problems at all.

They should display the 100 dollar security deposit/incidental charge as it is unusal for the area. The staff i think feels bad having to ask for that at a road side holiday inn. Mamager and trainee were very friendly and professional at even 2am when i arrived. Then when i woke up by housekeeping loudly kncking to inform me i didn't have late check at 1145am seemed a bit rude. I have late checkouts on my account status i believe but would have been happy to pay since i didnt request it at 2am instead of being woke up that way. Maybe call my cell or the room phone if it works.

The property is in a run down area. The bathtub in our room backed up, was not in good condition.
