We paid for a room with 2 queens, with 4 people. They were “out” of washcloths and could only provide us with 2. What are we suppose to do? They “don’t know”

They should display the 100 dollar security deposit/incidental charge as it is unusal for the area. The staff i think feels bad having to ask for that at a road side holiday inn. Mamager and trainee were very friendly and professional at even 2am when i arrived. Then when i woke up by housekeeping loudly kncking to inform me i didn't have late check at 1145am seemed a bit rude. I have late checkouts on my account status i believe but would have been happy to pay since i didnt request it at 2am instead of being woke up that way. Maybe call my cell or the room phone if it works.

The property is in a run down area. The bathtub in our room backed up, was not in good condition.

Terrible Stay. Don’t Recommend
1. The room was not available upon arrival. We weren’t able to check-in until around 7pm and we had a 5pm event.
2. Front desk staff was rude. I asked if reservation would still be available the same-day and the staff sarcastically said “well you made the reservation for today, didn’t you?”
3. Sofa bed didn’t have covers
4. Room only had 2 sets of towels when reservation was specifically for 4 people. When I went to ask for more towels, I was told they were out
5. Tub was not clean when we got there
6. The nicest thing about hotel was the lady preparing breakfast. She was very friendly and pleasant.

I would recommend this facility to anyone. My family and I had an enjoyable time. The staff was kind and friendly!

Horrible water!
This hotel had the worst water coming from the tap. The chemical odor was extremely strong. That chemical lingered after a shower, too. Management better get things checked before someone gets sick.
