Room was lovely. I booked a handicap accessible room through ******* and when we arrived there was no record of it.
Also on arrival I was told there was a daily parking fee which we weren’t aware of, (for what I’m not sure, since it was just a parking lot!!!) One of the front desk personnel was not very hospitable, considering they were representing the hotel!
I will not be back.

2 nights of our stay our room smelled like raw sewage. The ice machine was broken on 2nd 3rd and 4th floors with signage on all three floors saying go to 2nd 3rd and 4th floor. Lady at check-out desk on 10/17/2025 seemed to have a been in a bad mood with her actions and facial expressions. The housekeeping staff was always nice.

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean, beds comfy, staff was professional, friendly, and responsive. The building needs some updating and maintenance to keep the brand standard. We were disappointed the pool was closed for the season.

Stayed for 03 nights with no maid service or restocking. Breakfast was more expensive than McDonalds=sad. Staff very unfriendly and could have cared less about me, shouldn’t they than me when I check out/not me to them, wasn’t I the reason they have a job. How can you list the pool as an amenity and it was closed for the season. You don’t have lifeguards so what difference does it make what season it is, by the was the first week in October is still swimming weather. Walls way to thin, when you hear the person laughing it’s way to thin. I will never ever stay at any Hilton property again. I will happily sleep in my car first. Better service and respect.

Good Stay
The hotel is a bit older and could use some updates. That said, the room was clean, the AC worked well, there were free toiletries like shampoo, and plenty of working outlets. I would’ve appreciated thicker pillows and a shower/tub combo. On the positive side, Kirsten at the front desk and Kristi in the breakfast area were both super friendly and are definitely an asset to this hotel.

We can hear the clock of next door. Two days in row, it was crazy ! People needs to think about their surroundings.

It was very however I have stayed at this hotel many times and I’m quite amazed that there is not even a continental breakfast Holiday Inn Express even has a breakfast you may want to reconsider the prices are the same

We went for our son’s graduation from bootcamp and the smell was atrocious. I booked several rooms for family and friends and it was not a pleasant stay.
