I really want to LOVE this place but there is one thing that needs to change and that is it needs updating. What I DO LIKE about this place is the staff is wonderful and the facility was SUPER quiet. My husband and I slept very well there. That is HUGE in my opinion. So a lot was wonderful but visually, I would enjoy for it to be updated so I could LOVE this place.

this is my first time staying at this chain, and I was very impressed with the cleanliness, the quality of sheets and bedding as well as the quietness of the room. I Apple supplies to learn of their social hour with something to drink and something to eat courtesy of the hotel. That’s just what I needed after a long day of driving. Why I chose this hotel as they take animals and traveling with two dogs it’s hard to find a place as nice as this was that takes dogs. I will stay at this type of establishment again.

Ms Erica at the desk was very helpful and friendly.the hotel was very clean,the beds and pillows were very comfortable.the full breakfast was great!Maria and the other cleaning ladies are doing a great job.whenever l travel l like to stay at Staybridge,this time a bit dissatisfied with the pool,the water was freezing cold,not sure why,There is no Hot tub in sight,the ceiling of pool needs attention ASAP,the paint is peeling off,please take care of this.

I was really concerned about staying in Rockford. I am originally from Rockford and haven't been back to visit since 2007.
The Staybridge Suites made me feel at home. I loved the area, the vibes, everything. I can't honestly think of anything that I could possibly complain about. Not even anything to nitpick about.
