I was not expecting much and I got less than what I expected. On check-in I got to the room and was about to survey the room and then the front desk person came upstairs and said that our room was double booked. So my kids and I had to go back downstairs to see what was going on. When we got back downstairs it was an error in the system and everything was fine and so my kids and I had to bring all of our luggage back to our room. The A/C in the hallway was not working, which gave it a musty smell. The A/C in the room was great so no issues there. Then I did a survey of the room and it had a lot of imperfections (I.e paint in the tub was peeling, cracks in the ceiling, fire sprinkler in the ceiling weren’t properly covered, outlets not working to charge devices). But there was a strange lollipop under the TV. I brought it down to the front desk (I also found a box of Walmart brand pasta in the cabinet but I was too tired to complain about that too). Best part was the area, it was close to everything, breakfast was good and extra towels given. With everything that went in I would still give it a 3.5 stars. Key, don’t go in with high expectations.

They had me in a room near the elevator and it was all i heard all day and night. up and down, up and down. Damn near lost my mind. please invest in sound insulation.

Stay from hell
Horrible and horrific stay. Booked for a week we were suppose to reconnection
Service ever other day. Only received one, one day we were without water for 8 hours. We couldn’t shower, use the toilets nothing. Tried to use the grill the front desk associate handed me dirty grill utensils was old food on them and mentioned she got them from the kitchen. They also checked someone in the same room as me who checked in during the middle of the night so at 1:30am a total stranger walked in on me and my family and were able to access our room while we were sleep. The burners didn’t work to the stove and the lights didn’t work in the rooms. Everything about the stay was horrific. This was a nasty property with no help. The staff was nice and the happy hour was really appealing but after so much going on I believe they were trying to make it up to the guest.

Scamming hotel
Gave us the wrong room and instead of jus switching us to the room we wanted the manager gone tell us it’s and extra $135 remind u we already had paid $170 for the night them damn ppl crazy we hurry up and left I don’t recommend staying there they are get overs bad

工作人员都很友善，早餐也很棒。房间舒适整洁。厨房设施尤其齐全。住了五晚，感觉很舒服。泳池水不是很干净。房间里出现了一只小壁虎，吓了我一跳……
酒店非常干净，员工也很友好，入住体验超出了我的预期，我肯定会再来的。哈哈，说实话，我已经预订了下次入住啦。
房间里的所有门都刮到地板，很难打开。一开始我们房间里的毛巾不够每个人用，而且很难弄到更多，因为毛巾总是“在洗衣房里”。整个酒店都太热了，晚上我们房间的空调会突然自动关掉。早餐不太好，选择也不多。工作人员态度很好，就是等了很久才回复或得到任何帮助。
第一次入住的早餐不错，但第二天早上的早餐很糟糕，而且没煮熟。
工作人员非常友好、周到、热情，缺点是浴室冲水时有一股难闻的污水味。小厨房设施简陋，只有一个平底锅和一个锅，开罐器坏了，所有东西都有四个。浴室地板需要拖地。
枕头需要更换，磨损严重。床单也应该换一种面料，真的很痒。
泳池需要清理，但还不算太糟。考虑到是“希尔顿”酒店，我觉得房间可以更好一些。
但还算不错。
很好很舒服，也很干净。良好的治疗和我需要的一切。
