Whenever we’re in Waycross we frequently use this Hotel,I called to ask if we could early check in and was told by Destiny “No”even though my husband is “Silver Member and then I asked for late check out and was told by Destiny no again ever after speaking to an guest at breakfast who had late check out and I asked Destiny out it and she said it was because the person had asked earlier. Next time I will be staying at the new MARRIOTT’ other than that all was good, the room was clean and sanitized the renovations on the room was needed and our glass shower door needed attention .

In this case, we had already given them a late check-out before we realized how difficult a morning it was going to be, and Destany was instructed not to give out any more late check-outs. I hope that you do not feel that this was personal. We treat all our guests equally, which is extremely important to me personally and our staff. This decision was based solely on logistics. I was welcomed by a man named Marvin and he was very hospitable and patient even though I got a last minute room. The room was so clean and the pillows were so soft I had to use three. I plan on being back there as soon as I can.

Booked a last minute room for a night and was welcomed by the most friendly and absolutely hilarious person at the front. Marvin did an absolute fantastic job!! I don’t know what was better his jokes or his infectious smile! Will defined be returning because of him !!

Our stay at Hampton Inn was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well maintained. They are in the midst of renovations and our room had been renovated. It was very nice. The mattresses were new and felt very comfortable. All the linens were new and smelled fresh. It was very clean and uncluttered. The bathroom looked beautiful and fresh. I have no complaints about our stay.

The Hotel was Great, and the staff was very polite and Professional, I had to stay 4 days for work, the staff made me feel like home away from home, Nell the breakfast attendant, Deeva & pat the housekeep supervisor, and Mark the Maitenace Man,were all exceptional! Excellent accommodations, Marvin met me at the counter and checked me in with a smile and a great sense of humor! He was really helpful with any questions I had……..and the cookie was delicious!!!! Based on my previous experiences, the hotel industry needs more Marvin’s as the face of their operations.

Without a doubt our entire stay at the Hampton Inn Waycross was top notch. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Marvin checked us in w a cookie and a smile. Hotel was very clean. Beds very comfortable. The free breakfast was hot, with lots to choose from and changed daily. Conveniently located. We will definitely stay here again.

This property was excellent .The staff was very nice. His name was Marvin . He greeted me with a big smile and and the hometown hospitality, oh and lets not forget he topped it off with my favorite those delicious cookies. Hampton Inn Waycross I definitely will visit again ☺️
我们预订了一晚住宿。抵达汉普顿酒店办理入住后,进到房间发现条件很差。房间又小天花板又低,家具陈旧,也不是很干净。床罩上有污渍,沙发也磨损得很厉害,看着很旧。我们回到前台告诉工作人员,这样的房间我们无法接受,不能住在这里。我要求退款。前台接待员说我们是通过第三方“Trip.com”预订的,款项也付给了他们。我联系了Trip.com,他们让我相信能拿到全额退款。于是我们入住了一家更好的酒店。结果两天内,我被告知无法获得退款。Trip.com和汉普顿酒店互相推诿责任。最后我们不得不支付了两间房的费用。Trip.com和汉普顿酒店都不愿承担责任。我建议大家不要住这家汉普顿酒店……它就是一家破旧、管理不善的酒店。如果当时告诉我们不能退款,我们就会直接离开,也不用花钱住第二间房了。Trip.com的服务很糟糕,也给不出任何解决方案。我们再也不会和这两家公司打交道了。来乔治亚州韦克罗斯时,请避开这家酒店。
